rheingold is one of the most renowned institutes for qualitative-psychological impact research and among the few independent market research institutes in Germany.
With around 45 permanent employees and 55 freelance associates – most of them graduate psychologists – the institute specialises in in-depth psychological cultural, market and media research. Its analyses are based on morphological market and media research, a methodology developed at the University of Cologne.
Every year, more than 5,000 men and women take a seat “on the couch” at rheingold. In doing so, the researchers also explore the unconscious psychological drivers and meaningful interrelations that shape human behaviour. In addition to public clients, the institute’s customers include the upper echelons of German and European business.
