Meike Wilmowicz
Meike Wilmowicz is passionate about creating successful DREAM TEAMS in small and medium-sized companies – with strategy, structure and strong leaders.
She has many years of experience as a business coach and runs business development workshops for owner-managed SMEs with up to 80 employees in the hotel, catering, service and trade sectors. Over 1,600 employees have participated in her workshops to date.
Her professional journey began after graduating with a degree in public administration when she took the courageous step of disposing of her civil service certificate. Her 25-year collaboration with Klaus Kobjoll at Schindlerhof, Nuremberg, provided her with in-depth insights and practical experience. There she supervised many business seminars and gained valuable experience as personal assistant to the thoroughbred entrepreneur.
