Nicola Winter at Wiener Stadtwerke: Courage, Clarity, and Visibility
How do you hold your own in male-dominated professional fields, remain capable of acting under pressure, and highlight your own strengths?
That was precisely the focus of Nicola Winter’s keynote address at an internal networking event hosted by Wiener Stadtwerke.
Around 600 women from across the Wiener Stadtwerke Group gathered at the Theater im Park. The event was hosted by Deputy Director General Monika Unterholzner.
As a former Eurofighter pilot in the German Air Force, now a rescue helicopter pilot, aerospace engineer, and SPIEGEL bestselling author, Nicola Winter is familiar with situations that require courage, self-confidence, and clear decision-making. In her keynote address, she drew on her own experiences to show how women can confidently claim their place, deal with resistance and setbacks, and stay the course even in challenging situations.
An inspiring call to action for greater visibility, mutual support, and the courage to take on responsibility—especially in areas where women are still in the minority.
