Cawa Younosi stands like no other for a rethink in the world of work.
Today, Cawa stands like no other for a rethink in the world of work and in dealing with employees. For him, the individual needs and life situations of people take centre stage, not the requirements of dusty and long-outdated corporate principles. So he establishes a regulars’ table for fathers, organises a dog-walking service for his staff and makes management with 75% working hours the new standard.
His most important resource: trust in his employees, because that creates personal responsibility. And from this comes success. He himself is the best proof of this. With his life, he stands for the change in culture and values that he wants to bring about in companies. He is driven by his can-do mentality: just get started and do it! Even the things that nobody has done before.
Cawa Younosi also impresses at podiums, panels and staff meetings. In 2020, LinkedIn named him Top Voice; in the same year, the specialist magazine “Personal-Magazin” voted him “Germany’s HR Influencer No.1”.
