- The Power of Body Language & Nonverbal Communications
Nonverbal behaviors comprise approximately 60–80% of all interpersonal communication. They can reveal a person’s true thoughts, feelings, concerns, as well as intentions. Drawing on his decades of experience in behavioral sciences, 25 years in the FBI, and 20+ years working with executives, including Heads of State, Joe takes a fresh look at nonverbal intelligence as a tool for change, for better communication, for collaboration, influence and for success. He will show how to decode what’s really being said in meetings, negotiations, due diligence settings and interviews, which can often impact decisions and reputations. The presentation also covers how to manage your “curbside appeal” to ensure lasting and meaningful impressions and the five most important traits of exceptional individuals that will help the audience differentiate themselves from others.
