As part of Orgatec – the leading international trade fair for modern working environments – the Industrieverband Büro und Arbeitswelt e.V. (IBA) is presenting the Wherever Whenever Work Culture Festival.

The festival focuses on the future of the world of work in lectures, workshops, discussion rounds and experience spaces, spread over three themed areas – Life, Team and Impact.

The Work Culture Festival offers a change of perspective & knowledge transfer

More than 100 international speakers, experts and personalities will shed light on topics such as team dynamics, intergenerational conflicts, sustainability, AI – new technologies, productivity and mental health in the workplace in panels, live podcasts and keynotes.

The combination of experts, thought leaders and doers fostered a multi-faceted dialogue about the work culture of the future and enabled the audience to gather valuable perspectives and ideas.
