She served as Managing Director of Human Resources and Labor Director at Vodafone and Coca-Cola Europacific Partners. Previously, she held the positions of VP People and Corporate VP Organizational Development & Change at the Swedish company Vattenfall and was also a member of the supervisory board of Vattenfall GmbH. In consulting, she led the Change Management Practice at Capgemini Consulting, driving transformative projects and guiding organizations through complex change initiatives.

The Personalmagazin recognized her as one of Germany’s top HR leaders. As a board member of the Federal Association of HR Managers (BPM), she actively drives the advancement of modern HR practices.

Privately, Felicitas von Kyaw lives in Berlin and is a proud aunt to three nephews.
