Jutta Kleinschmidt
The renowned racing driver, physicist and author Jutta Kleinschmidt is one of the most outstanding women in international motorsport. She is the only woman to have won the overall car category in the world’s most demanding rally, the Dakar Rally.
In her captivating talks, Jutta vividly shares her experiences of how she has managed to succeed in a male-dominated industry through intense dedication, tireless perseverance, ambitious goals, creative approaches and bold decisions. She emphasises that setbacks and crises can be seen as opportunities.
Jutta Kleinschmidt will also be giving talks on the topic of “Mobility of the future”. In 2021 and 2022, she was active as a racing driver in Extreme E, a racing series for all-electric SUVs that takes place in extreme regions of the world. The aim of this series is to draw attention to climate change through innovative technologies.
In her role as President of the FIA Cross Country Rally Commission, Jutta Kleinschmidt has developed strategic visions and introduced new, environmentally friendly technologies to this sport, among other things.

Jutta Kleinschmidt has had a licence as a helicopter pilot since 2004 and is passionate about road cycling: in 2003 she crossed the Alps by bike, in 2004 she took part in the Race Across America cycling marathon and the Ötztal Marathon.
