In today’s working world, self-leading teams and employees who apply self-leadership are decisive factors for the success of an organisation. But how do you develop the ability to lead yourself as an individual employee and as part of a team?
Self-leadership describes the ability to define one’s own goals, act on one’s own responsibility and continuously motivate oneself. In self-leading teams, members work independently, make decisions and actively shape processes in order to achieve productive and innovative results together.
In this workshop, you will learn what self-leadership is all about and how you can develop your personal skills for effective self-leadership as part of a team.
We will look at the key skills, including goal-orientation, personal responsibility, decisiveness and communication skills, and work out together how you can use them successfully in your day-to-day work.
